My experience & background includes; WCVTI Wood Harvesting, NHLA Inspection School, SUNY Geneseo BA, Logging/Sawmill, & BING Export Sales since 1990. Outside of work I enjoy time with family, sailing, & wood crafting.
I am a fourth-generation hardwood industry veteran, having begun my career working in my father’s sawmill in north central Pennsylvania. I am a graduate of the NHLA Memphis Inspector Training School and have gained a broad range of experience over the past 30 years, ranging from timber harvesting, sawmilling, manufacturing, and sales. I have worked in hardwood lumber and log exports since 2000. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, hunting, ATV riding, golfing, and international travel. I’m proud to be a member of the BING team and look forward to serving you.
I have a MBA degree, and am a Guest Professor of Central South university of Forestry and Technology. I attended USDA Cochran Fellowship Program in 2002, started US hardwood career later in 2006. I enjoy almost all outdoor sports. Soccer, marathon and biking are my favorites. I also enjoy reading very much from childhood and now history is my top interest.
My work experience includes 5 years in the solar panel industry as a Junior purchase manager after graduation. After that I have started working in hardwood industry as a purchase manger since 2013. With plenty help from the suppliers and the buyers I got chance to serve in USA hardwood industry and specialized hardwood logs. From 2019 I have been working with Bing. Outside of work, I enjoy being together with my family and traveling to experience our beautiful world.
